Please read the below information before you book at our homestay

As you would have understood by now, this place is suitable for nature lovers (not a typical tourist) who would like to spend time in a quiet farmland with comfortable amenities. Away from the main road and market, peace is the only word that resounds in the ears.

To make your experience unforgettable we request you to kindly read each point of the below information carefully.

" Booking "

  1. The booking is considered confirmed only once full booking amount is paid in advance

  2. The check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you need to arrive earlier than check - in time then kindly discuss in advance so that we can accommodate if possible.

  3. Your reservation is non transferrable.

  4. The place is ideal for families to have relaxing time. It is not suitable for parties. We do not host group of males at any time.

  5. We request you to understand that this is a farm stay. Comparing it with a hotel or a resort will not be a right comparison.

" Cancellation Policy"

  1. We reserve right to cancel the booking in case the payment process is not completed within 24 hours of reserving the accommodation. 

  2. 100% charges will be applicable in case of cancellation within 7 days of  arrival date.

  3. 100% charges will be applicable in case of failure to arrive on the date of reservation.

  4. 100% charges will be applicable in case of early departure due to free will of the guest or due inappropriate behaviour of the guests.

  5. One time date change, within 3 months from the date of reservation, will be offered in case of unprecedented circumstances namely: Poor health, political instability or unstable weather conditions with no additional charges. This flexibility is available only in the cases when 100% advance payment is made and inability arrive is communicated 7 days prior to the date of reservation.

" Accommodation for Drivers/Maids "

  1. There is no accommodation for Drivers in the premises. They can find their own space at Kotabagh or near by areas.

  2. Regular room charges are applied for maid's stay.

" Activities "​

  1. You have ample opportunities to participate in farm activities, contribute by showcasing your skills in uplifting the landscape or aesthetics of the farm, take a walk in the jungle, play games, read, celebrate life with friends or simply have your drink in peace.

" General Precautions "

  1. Please wear shoes when you wish to take a walk in the orchard or go for a jungle. Dusting off the shoes before entering the rooms will keep the rooms clean as we clean the rooms once a day.

  2. Usually we do not have mosquitoes. However, depending upon the season, application of mosquito repellent might feel beneficial while venturing out.

  3. The pest control for all the rooms is done periodically. The rooms are mosquito proof. However, being in a natural space, insects manage to make their way into the rooms. Naturally, we humans have invaded their space. Therefore, we request you to be tolerant of them and call the staff if it is affecting you beyond control. Our staff will tackle them to the best of their ability.

  4. Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. We take no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.

" No Airconditioning"

  1. Being nature friendly, well insulated and very well ventilated space, need of the air-conditioning is never felt at our farm. The fans and natural breeze keep the ambience pleasant all throughout the year.

" Respect for Nature and People around"

  1. Please do not play loud music in the rooms or outside. We have a provision of playing soothing music at cafe.

  2. Using foul language or talking loudly on phone or otherwise affects the tranquility of the natural space and disturbs the fellow guests. Therefore, we request you to make an environment suitable for everyone to enjoy along with you.

  3. Our staff is our family. They might be devoid of urban mannerism, but they are down to earth simple self respecting people. Please treat them like a fellow human being. This will help all of us stay upbeat and serve you best.

  4. We request you not to litter the place with plastic, liquor bottles, wrappers earbuds or cigarette buds. Please use the dustbins provided in each room and in common areas. If possible, it will be a great service to nature if you can carry back your plastic waste (You can ask us to provide you with spare garbage bags for the purpose).

  5. For our female guests we request you to kindly keep your used sanitary pads covered with garbage bags (You can ask us to provide you with spare garbage bags for the purpose).

  6. We reserve the right to send guests away due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by the staff, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.

" Snacks and meals are served only at Cafe "​

  1. Tea, coffee and meals are served on the cafe, not in the rooms. Kindly refrain from eating and drinking in the bedrooms.

  2. Our kitchen starts at 7:00 AM and closes at 10:00 PM. Dinner is served at 8:00 PM Sharp. If you need food beyond these timings then we can leave the food for you in the dining area and you can have it as per your convenience.​

" House keeping "

  1. Any damages caused to the property by guests is charged on actuals to the guests.

  2. The rooms are cleaned once a day and linen is changed once every 4 days.
