Mixed Dal

Mixed Dal is combination of five whole dals namely - Lobhia (Cow Pea), Urad (Black Lentil), Gahat (Horse Gram), Masoor (Red Lentil) and Kala Chana (Black Chick Peas). Very rich in protein, all these dals are grown in our own farm and mixed in right proportion to bring the best taste. We use it to make - Ras - our most famous Kumaoni delicacy, Dal Handi and Mixed Dal with all or some ingredients listed above.
